📄 Screenplay Return Policy
At Screenplay, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom decoration work. Due to the nature of contract printing and the custom products we produce, all sales are final. However, in the rare event that your order does not match the approved proof, we are committed to working with you to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
🚫 All Sales Final
Once a job has been submitted and approved by proof or sample, it is considered final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted except in cases where the delivered product does not match the approved proof.
🔍 Order Issues and Defects
We stand by our work. If you believe your order is incorrect or defective, please contact your Account Manager immediately. We will evaluate the situation and discuss a shared resolution, which may include a reprint, credit, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
To be eligible for any resolution:
- You must notify your Account Manager within 30 days of the completed job.
- The original product must be returned to Screenplay for inspection before any credit, reprint, or refund is issued.
- Requests made after 30 days from completion will not be considered.
💳 Refunds and Credits
If a refund or credit is approved as part of a resolution:
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days of the returned goods being received and inspected.
- If more than 15 business days have passed and you have not received confirmation, please contact us at info@screenplayshirts.com.
